• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice
• Generated Code Disclaimer: Any starter code, templates, boilerplate, prompts, or AI-generated content provided through our service may contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or legal issues. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, debugging, securing, and fixing any code before deploying it to production
• Complete Transfer of Responsibility: Once you receive, download, or purchase any code, prompts, templates, or boilerplate from our service, it becomes entirely your property and responsibility. We are not responsible for any legal claims, security breaches, data losses, or any other issues that arise from your use of the provided materials
• Security and Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any code, prompts, or materials you receive are secure, legally compliant, and suitable for your intended use. This includes but is not limited to: checking for security vulnerabilities, ensuring GDPR/privacy law compliance, verifying accessibility standards, and confirming all legal requirements are met
• No Liability for Generated Content: We are not responsible for any websites, applications, or content that you create, deploy, or distribute using our service, including but not limited to any legal claims, intellectual property disputes, privacy violations, or regulatory non-compliance arising from such use
• You acknowledge that all generated code, prompts, and boilerplate are provided as starting points only and require your own thorough review, modification, security hardening, and testing before production use

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaasOpportunities, Chance Park LLC, or their respective directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any materials provided through the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, or legal issues in generated code, starter templates, boilerplate code, or prompts
• Any damages arising from websites, applications, or services you build, deploy, or operate using materials from our service
• Any legal claims, lawsuits, regulatory actions, fines, or liabilities arising from content, functionality, or operation of websites or applications you create
• Any intellectual property disputes, privacy violations, GDPR non-compliance, or other legal violations in your deployed applications
• Any security breaches, data losses, unauthorized access, or cyber attacks affecting systems you build with our materials
• Any business interruption, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities resulting from your use of the service or provided materials
• Any claims by third parties against you arising from your use of our generated code, prompts, templates, or boilerplate

Complete Disclaimer of Liability: By purchasing, downloading, or using any code, prompts, templates, or boilerplate from our service, you acknowledge and agree that all such materials are handed off to you and become entirely your responsibility. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for how you use, modify, deploy, or distribute these materials, and for any consequences arising from such use.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaasOpportunities, Chance Park LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of any code, prompts, templates, boilerplate, or other materials provided by our service
• Any websites, applications, or services you build, deploy, or operate using materials from our service
• Any legal claims, regulatory violations, or compliance failures in applications you create with our materials
• Any security breaches, data losses, or privacy violations in systems you build with our materials
• Any intellectual property infringement, copyright violations, or trademark disputes arising from your use of our materials
• Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations
• Any third-party claims arising from your deployment or distribution of code, prompts, or materials received from our service

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
