Original Discovery
I help run a nonprofit that, among other things, runs a food pantry. We've been using Sign up Genius since forever and tbh I don't like it. I'd love something that allows multiple admins to access so our pantry manager can do the pantry's schedule, I can schedule volunteers for events, and it's all still under one account and we can each see who's volunteered for what. Another must-have is the ability to lock a schedule slot to prevent someone from signing up at the last minute. We publish the schedule for the Pantry every Monday, so it would be ideal if we could lock it so someone can't sign up on say, Thursday morning for a shift that afternoon. Also the ability to capture volunteer info such as phone numbers would be a plus, as would having the option to have files available on the platform for volunteers to access (I'm thinking the volunteer handbook). I know it's asking for a lot, but do any of y'all have any recommendations? Thanks!
