does anyone else have a really bad habit of sleeping 8-12 hours one night and then 1-4 the next night? I don’t know why but for as long as i can remember, i sleep really well one day because im so exhausted from not sleeping well the night before and just repeat the cycle. especially if im busy with university and work. I can never have a normal set pattern of sleeping at the same time every night but i don’t know if thats because im oversleeping the night before or im just not a disciplined person.
