I am a 19-year-old woman with autism, high abilities, anxiety, and depression. I have a lot of difficulty doing things; my body ignores alarms to wake up early, and I feel very sleepy, fatigued and tired all day (I don't know why) I can't study; it feels like my head can't absorb anything. I want to be useful, to be able to study, work, and grow.But even art, which is something I enjoy, I haven't been able to do; it seems like I'm afraid of... I go to therapy, take medication, and see doctors. All I wanted was to be a functional person, not held back by anxiety or depression or self-sabotage. Does anyone have any idea what to do?
