Original Discovery
Our non-profit gives out clothing by appointment. We allow 6 clients to come in for 30 minutes to shop for their family. The clients are allowed to come back every 4 months. If they no-show an appointment, they cannot come back for 5 months. We had used ScheduloCity, it was great. Unfortunately Vagaro bought them a few months ago and it has been horrible ever since. Do you have any suggestions for software that will: * allow us to schedule group appointments (w/max 6 people) * sends text/email reminders * keeps a client records so we know if they no-showed for an appt * doesn't cost an arm & a leg (we are 100% volunteer run) Any suggestions are appreciated.
