google calendar just isn’t doing it for me lately. keep seeing tasks pile up or get missed even though I plan EVERYTHING out. I’ve tried a bunch of ways to stay consistent, like time blocking, to-do lists, paper planners, reminders, but nothing really sticks. I think part of it is that google calendar and apple reminders for example just feels kinda flat and boring to look at. a couple of my friends switched to other calendar apps and they say the layouts are just nicer and make them actually want to stay organised, which honestly makes sense, but a lot of them charge a pretty penny and i'm scared I find a planner I love and them i'm locked into monthly payments for forseeable future lol so i’m curious what’s actually worked for you. what tool/setup helps you stay on track when you’re tired or procrastinating? preferably free? doesn’t matter if it’s digital, paper, or something random
